The chateau was passed down throughout the ages in the 19th and 20th centuries, and was then bought by Pierre and Jeanine GAILLARD, in 1969. Robert, the son of Pierre and Jeanine Gaillard, is the current owner. Between 2001 and 2006 major work was done. Dominique and Robert decided to open their first guest rooms in 2010 in this beautiful setting, full of traditional charm and modern comfort, where they share with their guests their passion for Provence and the arts of Provence.
Robert is a certified antique dealer, and as such will be pleased to share his knowledge about antiques. He can provide you with a list of places to browse and he can even accompany you as you visit Isle sur Sorgue, the mecca of bargain antique hunters.
Dominique is knowledgeable about tea, and runs a tea salon in Avignon. She will be very happy to see you there. Lots of things to do and see. (www.autourdunthe.com)
