The Clockwork Museum: “the secrets of the watches”, or 400 years of the history of reading portable timepieces.
Over 2,000 objects on display.
Open 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Closed annually from May 1 to 15 and October 1 to 15, and between Christmas and New Year’s.
Located in restored former clockworks factory, since 1983 the Museum has been adjoined by a workshop for restoring old timepieces.
Valérie and Roy Baierlein, of international renown and whose expertise has won them the “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” label, are excellent clockmakers who restore very old timepieces.
